Fast & reliable

Fiber: the best technology for internet.

Fiber is the most modern way to get internet into your home, more stable and future-proof than copper (DSL) or coax (cable). No trouble from weather, distance or aging cabling: just the same high up- and download speed, day in, day out. And because we run our own network, we keep quality firmly in our own hands. A question or a problem? You simply get a knowledgeable person on the line, no phone menu.

All included

Everything you need, no surprises.

Modem and router on loanYou get both the fiber modem and the Wi-Fi router free on loan, each matched to your plan’s speed.
Prefer to use your own router?Of course you can! Just connect your own router to the modem instead of the loan router. No fiddling with bridge modes.
No data capUnlimited internet.

You get the maximum speed with a network cable; over Wi-Fi it depends on the number of wireless devices, your device and the distance to the router.

Frequently asked questions

Everything clear, as it should be.

1 Gbps or 2.5 Gbps, which suits me?
For most people 1 Gbps is more than enough, with all your devices online at once: streaming, gaming, video calls and working from home. Choose 2.5 Gbps if you want to download even faster or upload a lot (NAS, your own server, backups, content creator). Not sure? You can always upgrade or downgrade!
Why not 4 Gbps or 8 Gbps?
At some other providers you might see 4 Gbps or even 8 Gbps. We offer 2.5 Gbps because we want to offer a speed that is actually delivered, including a loan router that reaches it, at a fair price. The fiber itself offers virtually unlimited bandwidth and our modem is already ready for 10 Gbps; the limit is in the end-user equipment: Wi-Fi, computers and affordable routers rarely go above 2.5 Gbps in practice. As soon as 5 Gbps equipment becomes common and affordable, we’ll of course offer a 5 Gbps plan.
Will I really get that speed?
With a network cable you can reach the full speed. Over Wi-Fi it’s usually lower, that’s the case with every provider, because even the fastest Wi-Fi almost never comes close to 2.5 Gbps. Most computers have a 1 Gbps or 2.5 Gbps port; you’ll hardly ever find 10 Gbps at home. That’s exactly why 2.5 Gbps is the logical speed for the fastest plan, a speed you actually benefit from in practice.
Wi-Fi throughout the house?
We prefer to place the router centrally in the home; that’s why Wi-Fi coverage is fine in most homes. Multiple floors, a large house or concrete interior walls? Then extra Wi-Fi points may be needed. You can buy these yourself, for example wireless repeaters or a mesh system, or rent them from us for €2.50 a month. We deliberately connect our Wi-Fi points with a network cable rather than wirelessly: that way your traffic only travels through the air once, which benefits speed and reliability.
At my current provider the Wi-Fi is sometimes slow in the evening
That’s probably not your connection, but your Wi-Fi. In the evening lots of people are online at once, and in an apartment building the wireless spectrum then gets overcrowded, every provider deals with that. Your fiber itself stays fast. What helps: connect devices that stay in one place anyway (like your TV or games console) with a cable, that immediately eases the load on your Wi-Fi. And for strong Wi-Fi throughout the house you can add extra Wi-Fi points, which we connect by cable.
Can I game with a low ping?
Yes. Fiber gives a low, stable ping, and because your upload is just as fast as your download, it stays smooth even when others are streaming or uploading at home.
Multiple devices at once?
No problem, there’s no limit on the number of devices. Even with all your devices online at once (laptop, phone, TV, console, smart devices) you won’t notice any slowdown on 1 Gbps.
Can I get a fixed IP address?
Yes. For €2.50 a month you get a fixed, public IPv4 address, handy if you want to reach your own server, NAS or cameras from outside, or for a VPN.
I’m moving, how does that work?
Moving to an address where we deliver? Then we simply bring your subscription along. If we can’t (yet) provide the same service there at the same price, you can cancel within the term.
