Our standard model
OpenFiber installs fiber just like KPN or Ziggo: a dedicated connection per home, with an individual contract between us and the resident. No collective that everyone is tied to. Residents decide for themselves whether, and which, services they take. For you as owner or investor, that means all the benefits of affordable fiber in your building, without the burden of a collective contract:
Collective where it fits
In short-stay, care facilities or student housing, residents change often and internet, and optionally television, is usually already included in the rent. In that case one collective contract for the whole building is often more practical, and we set it up for you with just as much care.
