In Rijswijk's Havenkwartier you'll find Metamorfose: a former Rijkswaterstaat office building that developer Steenvlinder turned into self-build apartments, where residents finished their own homes entirely to their own taste. It also kicked off the metamorphosis of this corner of the Plaspoelpolder: the old office district is becoming a green, lively neighbourhood around the historic harbour.
The request to connect the new apartments to our fiber network came from the residents themselves! No surprise, then, that seven years later almost all of them still use our services.
