Our stores are spread across the country, can you connect them all?

Yes. If we can’t connect your location to our own fiber network, we simply connect you over another fiber network, as an independent internet provider we’re active on virtually every fiber network in the Netherlands. That way all your locations keep a single point of contact and a single invoice, whatever the underlying physical network.

Is a backup connection possible?

Yes, with a 5G backup. We can provide it over all three mobile networks, so we guarantee maximum risk spread: if your fiber connection runs over KPN’s network, for example, we make sure the fallback runs over a different mobile network. That keeps you online even if one network goes down.

Can I connect my card terminal and/or alarm system to your fiber connection?

Absolutely. Card terminals, point-of-sale systems, alarm systems and camera systems connect straight to our network. Does your alarm system report to a monitoring centre? Then check with your alarm supplier about a mobile fallback, so reporting continues during a power or network outage as well.

We’d like to keep our own phone number, is that possible?

Yes. You can keep your existing landline number(s); we arrange the porting for you. We provide business telephony alongside the connection.

We need a fixed IP address.

Yes. One or more fixed (static) IPv4 addresses are available, at a small surcharge per IP address. Handy for a VPN, on-site servers or remote access, for example.
