About OpenFiber
We are OpenFiber, an internet provider with a network of our own. For for almost 15 years now we have delivered affordable, reliable fiber internet, with the best service and still the lowest price in the Netherlands.
It started in 2012 in Delft. We took over internet services for a number of student houses from TU Delft and made sure the residents could get online quickly, reliably and affordably. No fuss, at a fair price.
That went down well. Students are critical and they share their experiences, so word got round about our price and quality. Before long, interest came from corners far removed from student housing: property developers, housing associations and owners’ associations asked whether we could connect their buildings too.
That demand is exactly why we broadened our focus in 2016. Since then we have connected many apartment blocks, along with multi-tenant office buildings, business parks and shopping centres. That is how we grew into a mature internet provider with its own network and, by now, thousands of connections.
One thing never changed over the years: very high customer ratings, the lowest price in the Netherlands and the best service. That is what we work for every day.
