Odido has no network of its own and delivers over other operators’ networks, where prices may differ per network. In our comparison we use the lowest regular price. The price is not on their site; you only see it after the postcode check.

These rates apply on a one-year contract, the same minimum term we use. The first-year average includes the promotional months, the regular months and the one-off costs. On a longer contract term, different rates and promotions may apply.

Does €18.95 really stay this low?

Yes. No intro rate, no ‘from’ price and no promo that falls away after a while, you simply pay one fair, low price. We deliberately keep it as low as we can; at most a small inflation adjustment, like everywhere. No surprises on your bill.

How can you be so much cheaper?

Because we run our own fiber network, we don’t have to rent cables or capacity from big players like KPN or Ziggo, so you don’t pay for that middleman, or their margin. And because we focus on apartment blocks and other buildings with many homes close together, we connect a lot of residents efficiently in one go. We pass those lower costs straight on to you, no expensive stunts, just a smart network.

Do I get a free TV or games console with you?

No, and that’s deliberate. A ‘free’ TV or games console is something you ultimately pay back yourself through a much higher monthly bill. We’d rather put that money straight into a lower price: €18.95 a month, every month.

What speeds can I get?

As standard we provide symmetric Gigabit: 1 Gbps up and down. At a growing number of locations, 2.5 Gbps is also available. The availability check shows you right away what’s possible at your address.

What if you’re not available at my address yet?

Our availability check looks not only at our network, but also at what kind of building it is (via the Land Registry). If you live in a large apartment block near our network, we’d be glad to connect it, free of charge in principle, provided the owner or homeowners’ association cooperates. For a single home outside our area we can’t promise anything yet, but leave your email and we’ll let you know if that changes.

Am I tied into a long contract?

The term is twelve months. After that your subscription simply continues month to month and you cancel whenever you like, no new one-year contract quietly rolling over. And if you move within those first twelve months to an address where we can’t provide the same service at the same price, you can cancel within that term too.

Do you offer TV and calling too?

Certainly. TV and a home phone can be added on top of your internet plan. We deliberately don’t offer mobile, that way we can focus entirely on the best fiber internet.

How quickly am I connected?

Is the loan equipment (fiber modem and/or Wi-Fi router) already in your home? Then we can often activate the very same day. Is that equipment no longer there, but the OpenFiber fiber connection is present in the meter cupboard? Then we usually get you connected within 2 working days.
